Nice paintings, really like the long format. You make me want to get outside and paint again!
I think that's Requa village at the end of the Klamath River. There's a great story called "The Inland Whale" that centers around those old villages.

great sketches- i really like the additional notes you jotted down- that will be a great journal for the future generations.
